Medication management isn't just writing a prescription — it's an ongoing relationship. At Anchor Psychiatry, we evaluate carefully, start thoughtfully, and follow up consistently to make sure your treatment is working and evolving with you. All of it, from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Texas.

What to expect
Your first visit is 60 minutes. We review your full history — symptoms, past medications, family history, lifestyle — before recommending anything.
If medication is appropriate, Nicole selects options based on your specific presentation — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
We schedule check-ins to monitor how you're responding, address side effects, and adjust dosing as needed — no abandoned prescriptions.
Needs change over time. We regularly reassess whether medication is still the right tool — and many patients do successfully taper off with support.
Conditions We Treat
Nicole prescribes and manages psychiatric medications for a wide range of conditions across all age groups — ages 10 and up.
SSRIs, SNRIs, and other antidepressants — carefully selected and monitored for response, tolerability, and long-term effectiveness.
Stimulant and non-stimulant options evaluated against your full clinical picture, lifestyle, and goals. Texas telehealth law currently permits controlled substance prescribing via telehealth through December 2026.
Mood stabilizers and atypical antipsychotics managed with regular monitoring — including labs when indicated — to maintain stability safely over the long term.
Insomnia, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, weight management, and more — all managed through the same thorough, relationship-based approach.
Done carefully, psychiatric medication management is one of the most powerful tools in mental health care. Let's find what works for you.
