I have worked in healthcare in many different capacities, giving me a broad perspective on patient care. I began my career at 22 as a Veterinary Receptionist and Veterinary Technician before moving into emergency medicine as an EMT in 2010 and then a Paramedic in 2012.
In 2016, I became a Registered Nurse and later earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019. I worked as an Emergency Department Nurse throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, where I cared for patients and families during some of their most difficult moments.
Most recently, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing in May 2023, allowing me to expand my role in providing compassionate, patient-centered psychiatric care. My diverse background in healthcare has shaped the way I connect with patients—listening, understanding, and meeting them where they are in their journey toward healing.
At Anchor Psychiatry, my goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care that helps patients feel supported and understood. I believe every person deserves a safe space to share their story, receive the right treatment, and find hope in their recovery.
